Reporting the Senior Surveyor, the successful candidates will be taken through a highly structured development program that will equip them with the legal, technical and leadership competencies to enable them to assume a substantive position within our various operations.
During the programme candidates will:
• Get exposure on practical, hands on work experience in Mine Survey at Mowana and Thaadu Mines
• Get an appreciation for and apply current policies and procedures in related fields
• Working under the supervision of the Mine Surveyor
• Be accorded the training to enable them to develop skills and competencies necessary to subsequently perform substantive jobs well
Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Mine Survey or equivalent
• A valid Botswana Class B Driving license
Required Attributes/competences:
• Initiative, energy and drive
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate well with different levels of people
• Ability to plan and prioritise work accordingly
