1. Vacancy: Senior Housing Officer
Vacancy circular no. 28 of 2013
Salary: D4 (P158 940-P175 476) per annum
Leave: 30 working days per annum
Benefits: optional contributory medical aid scheme government pays 50% and employee 50% pension fund government pays 15% and employee 5%
Requirements: diploma/degree in land administration/management, housing studies
Experience: at least 6 years relevant work experience, two years of which must have been served as housing officer 1 at C1 scale or equivalent scale in parastatal or private sector.

Duties
• Manages the implementation of SHHA, collection of revenue on SHHA loans to ensure development of a revolving fund for the sustainability of the SHHA program
• Supervises and guide subordinates in accordance with set standards.
• Initiate self help housing needs and programs for the low income groups
• Educates plots holders on the important of repaying the building loans and other levies.
