Human Resources Officer - Industrial Relations
Responsible for promoting the Bank’s image as an employer of choice in the labour market by creating a stable and conductive work environment and by maintaining a disciplined and professional workforce through the effective and efficient implementation of human resource policies and processes.
Minimum qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills
• Bachelor of social sciences, specializing in industrial relations or a related discipline
• Five (5) years related experience in industrial relation and labour matter
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications (at least word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure
• An eye for detail
