Estates Officer

Main purpose of the job:
To proactively administer the leasing and/or sale of BHC property Development and estates procedures to optimize occupancy level, minimize rent arrears, achieve budgetary and sales targets and to enhance customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements
Education: degree in estates management or equivalent
Experience: one (1) year post qualification experience in estates management
