Basil Read mining Botswana and B&E Botswana are keen to source a SHEQ superintendent responsible for key SHEQ deliverables on mines within jwaneng. Orapa, Letlhakane, Damtshaa and Maun:
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
-Comsoc 1 and 2 / SAMTRAC
-National safety diploma would be an advantage
-At least 5 years experience in an open cast mining environment
-At least 3 years managerial experience
-ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 – implementation and internal audit experience
-Proficient in MS office
-Valid driver’s license
-Prepare to work on any site (both local and international)

-Good problem solving and analytical skills
