Tender offers are invited for the Provision of Services to Design, Develop and Implement an Integrated News Management System
The tender uses an Open International Bidding Method. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories: Code: 120, Sub-Code: 04. Preferences are offered to wholly owned, majority owned and minority owned citizen service providers and/or joint ventures between these companies and non-citizen companies.
A non-refundable deposit of P1, 100.00 in cash made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents. Payment shall be made at Mass Media Complex. Administration Block. Ground Floor, Revenue Office No. 25.

One (1) original Tender Document plus five (5) copies in a sealed envelope marked: "Tender No. 17/2/1/12 (XI) - A Service Contract for the Design. Development and Implementation of an Integrated News Management System", shall be delivered to: The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB). Plot No. 8913, Makgadikgadi Way, Gaborone West Industrial, Private Bag 0058, Gaborone, Botswana. A Tender Box will be located at Tender Opening Room. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 21 August 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telegraphic, telex. telephonic or emailed tenders will not be considered.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer, nor incur any expenses of the prepare hereof.
