Tender offers are invited for Supply, Installation and Configuration of Local Area Network for Department of Technical Vocational Education and Training - Various Brigades.
Bidders who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board. Submit a valid certified copy of Trading License and Tax Clearance Certificate. This is a restricted tender, only citizen owned bidders are eligible to respond.
A non-refundable deposit of BWP500.00 payable in cash is required on collection of the Tender Documents. Payment should be made at Ministry of Education and Skills Development Headquarters, Floor 2, Room No. E22.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Ministry of Education and Skills Development – Headquarters, Block 6 Building, Government Enclave, Ground Floor, Room No. 11. Documents may be collected during working hours between 08:00 and 16:00 with effect from 22 July 2013. Each company bidding should go for compulsory site visit in all brigades tendered for as from 07:30 to 16:30 and complete the site visit form with the Officer-in-Charge. Date for the site visit is 22 July to 12 August 2013.
The Procuring Department's address for delivery of tender offers and identification details to be shown on each tender offer package are: Tender No. MOEMTCDTVET611512-13 - Supply. Installation and Configuration of Local Area Network (LAN) for Department of Technical Vocational Education and Training - Various Brigades" and delivered to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Floor 1, Room No. 47, Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Block 6 Building, Government Enclave, Gaborone. Failure to label and address as above will lead to disqualification. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 26 August 2013. Opening of tenders will be on the same date al 10:30. Late tender offers will not be accepted.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
