The Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) a statutory organization in Property Development and Estates Management business invites applicants who are suitably qualified and have relevant experience for the following position: These positions are tenable at Francistown, Sowa and Selibe Phikwe.
Estate Officer
Main purpose of the job:
To proactively administer the leasing and/or sale of BHC properties in accordance with laid down policies and procedures to optimize occupancy level, minimize rent arrears, achieve budgetary and sales targets and to enhance customer satisfaction
Position Requirements
Education
Degree in Estates Management or equivalent
Experience
One (1) year post qualification experience in estates management
Remuneration
The Corporation offers a competitive remuneration, which is commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.
