The invitation to tender document is obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Pula (P200.00) only from: The Assistant Manager Purchasing, Block 304, Office No. 2, Botswana College of Agriculture Content Farm, Sebele, Gaborone. Payment can be made between 08:30 hours and 12:30 hours or 13:45 hours and 15:30 hours from Mondays to Fridays.

The Invitation to Tender document is obtainable from 26th April 2013 to 17th May 2013. The Tender shall close for submissions on 30th May 2013 at 12:00 noon. The tender shall be opened shortly thereafter at 12:15 in Room 16 Block 300 Botswana College of Agriculture Content Farm, Sebele, Gaborone. Interested bidders are invited to the tender opening session at their own cost.
