Tender offers are invited for the Provision of the Requirements Analysis and Production of Statement of User Requirements (SOUR) for the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, Department of Social Services.
This is an open national competitive bidding tender. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories: Code: 120, Sub-Code(s): 04.
A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 payable by cheque made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents.

The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 22 May 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
