Tender offers are invited for the provision of Supply and Delivery of Procurement of Bread Loaves and Buns for Maun/Ngami Primary Schools
Eligibility for 100% owned companies domiciled in North West District Council (Maun). Citizen bidders who are domiciled in North West District shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be appropriately licensed to manufacture or trade and be in possession of requisite documentation. Preference in accordance with the provision of the Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal Guidelines. 2009 shall apply to the contract, as per the applicable Presidential Directives.
A non-refundable fee of P150.00 payable in cash to Maun Administrative Authority Revenue office is required on collection of the Tender Documents.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Maun Administration Authority, Old Council, Education Office. Documents shall be collected during working hours between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 and 16:30 from 18 March to 17 April 2013. Bids: tenderers shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies (enclosed in one envelope) and be addressed to: The Council Secretary, North West District Council, Private Bag 01, Maun or to be hand delivered to: RAC, Maun, Office No. 17, North West District Council not later than 09:00 on 17 April 2013 marked: "Tender No. NW/MAA/ED/001/2013 - Supply and delivery of Bread Loaves and Buns". The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 17 April 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted.
The Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal Act Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which fill the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, North West District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
