Revealed word ministries Botswana ministerial vacancy opportunities

We are looking for a spiritual, self motivated and visionary Clergy to fill the positions of local congregations situated in Gaborone, Mochudi and Francistown.

Qualifications

• Must embrace beliefs of evangelical, Pentecostal and charismatic truths, documented in the church statement of faith.
• Must have trained in a recognized bible seminary.
• Must have served in a leadership positions for 3-5 years with apostolic and prophetic oversight.
• Must be familiar with church administration and accountability.
• Must be able to fit in the culture and doctrine of revealed word ministry
• Must have a driver’ license

Interpersonal skills

• Exhibit and practice good listening and communication skills
• Value the input and opinions of all servants co-laboring on behalf of the church
• Foster deep relationships with the families within the scope of the church body
• Must be able to facilitate the formation and articulation of ministry vision and direction

Accountability

Reports to the founding leader of the ministry

Educational requirements
• Must hold of a diploma in biblical ministerial studies
• Must hold references in pastoral experience of at least 3-5 years
• A degree will be an advantage
