Chief Executive Officer
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the incumbent’s responsibility will be to develop the business and profitability of the company in Botswana.

Main duties include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for business continuity, for sufficient returns and profits of the company and the assignment to develop the company across the whole country.
• Responsible for strategic and operational business planning and execution
• Total management of the company, the day to day operations, profits centre responsibility, co-ordination the functions of all departments.
• Conclude contracts and agreements on behalf of the company and be responsible for their implementation
• Ensure a well balanced portfolio of services exists in the short and long term that is connected with customer’s needs and the possibilities of the market.
Key skills
• Must posses strong experience of the local market, with high level business, political and social networks
• Between 10 and 15 years experience of management in telecommunications or high technology industry, preferably with the responsibility of a profit centre
• Strategic awareness
• Significant successful leadership experience
• Sensitivity to different cultures
• Strong relationship skills
• International negotiation experiences
• Languages-must have fluent spoken and written English understanding of the local market
• Highly task oriented
• Open personality
