The company has opportunities for qualified citizens through its management trainee development programme.

The progamme develops individuals in management of wholesale and retail operations and presents job opportunities for successful candidates.

Candidates who meet the following criteria may apply.
a)Botswana citizens aged eighteen years and above
b)A holder of either
?B.G.C.S.E certificate with at least thirty points
?A full certificate (Botswana National Vocational Qualifications level 3)
?A full diploma
?A relevant undergraduate degree qualification
c)Possession of a clean and valid class B Drivers’ licence
d)Prepared to relocate to any place in Botswana where Sefcash operates
Successful candidates will undergo a minimum of twelve months training on wholesale and retail operation.
