A Gaborone Company specializing in the manufacture of clay bricks,concrete bricks ,paving and precast concrete products requires a regional manager who will be responsible for running the day to day business activities.

The applicants should have experience in the field of production, safety ,human resources, mining and quality assurance in the manufacturing and mechanical processes used to produce such products.

Applicant should have a minimum of 10 years practical experience in managing a similar business. A proven track record of communicating with staff and maintaining of VB4, STEEL Extruder machines and production planning. The applicant must have a Mechanical Diploma and Millwright qualifications or similar is a pre-request for this position. Management and financial skills would be an added benefit.
