Quality Assurance Team Leader
The job
Being the team leader, your main responsibility is ensuring that quality and productivity standards are maintained. You will be working closely with the quality control, marking and production team leaders to ensure that procedures are followed and that trainees and existing staff are maintaining the required diamond processing quality standards.

The requirements
This role requires an O Level/BGCSE qualification, GIA Certificate will be an added advantage with minimum 7 years of diamond polishing experience and expertise in fine make or excellent polished stones. Strong background in manufacturing on diamonds, good understanding in the field of quality control of both part-processed and polished diamonds, ability to repair/improve stones are required key competencies.
