Maintenance Manager
The above mentioned vacancy exists at Clover Botswana-Gaborone. Clover Botswana is a branded dairy foods and beverage company. It believes in superior procurement, production, marketing, sales and distribution of its products to consumers.

Requirements:
• An applicable technical qualification, National Diploma in Eng/N6
• At least 6 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Knowledge of clover systems will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in tetra is highly recommended
• A high level of analytical thinking is required
• Must posses a high level of technical skills and knowledge and be willing to do hands on maintenance.
• Must be willing to work irregular hours (Botswana factory 24 hours in operation)
• Must be able to deal with high levels of pressure
Responsibilities:
• Manage the maintenance function of fillers and down stream equipment in UNT and fresh milk
• Preventative maintenance of plant, machinery and equipment
• Technical optimization of activities on site
• Manage all mechanical,civil,breakdown repairs, and electrical work
• Ensure adherence to company policy as well as applicable legislation
• Manage and develop personnel
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of clover’s safety management system.
• Compile and manage annual budget
• Manage “ELKE” Maintenance system
• Ensure “ OHSA” requirements are met
• Manage maintenance stock
• Manage subordinate and contractors
