Fleming Asset Management Botswana is a leading asset manager in Botswana and has been active in the capital markets since 1994.

We require a Compliance Officer to join our team
The suitable candidate will have the following attributes:

Qualifications
• A good degree from a recognized university in law, accounting and risk management or a combination thereof.
• Industry compliance or risk specific qualifications would be an advantage.
Experience and skills
• Experience with a professional firm in the legal or compliance field.
• The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written communication
• The personality to work well within a team environment and independently.
• A knowledge of the Botswana capital markets and the asset management industry would be advantageous
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will ensure that the company’s compliance processes and procedures are maintained to the highest levels of professionalism and industry best practice. You will also be the primary point of interface with the industry regulator.
