Botswana Harvard AIDS Institute Partnership seeks to recruit assertive, result oriented persons, with good interpersonal skills and a keen interest in research to fill in the following positions within the partnership.
Recruitment/Retention Officer
Duties and responsibilities
The incumbent will be expected to:
• Recruits potential study participants in consultation with the study team
• Ensure retention of enrolled study participants by adhering and coming up with retention strategies
• Conduct couple HIV counseling to study participants
• Provide reports related to recruitment and retention
Qualification and experience
• Knowledge of HIV education
• O’Level plus one year experience in clinical research
• Certificate in HIV counseling and testing
• Phlebotomy training would be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills is an added advantage
• She/he must also be able to work independently
