The job
The purpose of the role will be to manage the planning and implementation of energy/projects, initiate and drive the research in energy as per the needs of Botswana. You will to carry out administrative work to support the programme of research, engage in the dissemination of the results of the research, as directed by the project leader and to carry out any additional duties as may reasonably be required within the general scope and level of the post.

The requirements
The role requires a PhD in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with 10 years research experience with proven knowledge in clean energy. Your experience must include 4 years of programe management exposure.

BITRI offers attractive working conditions and remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience. The above posts are for five years fixed term renewable contracts.
