Based in northern Botswana, the Selinda Reserve has an exciting opportunity for an assistant concession Management Couple. The successful candidates will report to the concession Managers and should be willing to work for extended periods in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of all concession projects, administration and logistics.

Combined Requirements for Applicants
- Experience in technical, maintenance and vehicle management for luxury safari camps.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position, preferably in remote bush area
- Experience in electrical, plumbing and carpentry an advantaged
- Experience in maintaining and monitoring controls and systems
- Experience in purchasing and monitoring controls and systems
- Experience in successful training of staff
- Excellent staff related administration skills
- Fully computer literate in windows
- Excellent logistical management skills for staff and guest movements
- Excellent self motivation and initiative
- Ability to work harmoniously with managers and staff
- Ability to be resourceful
- Candidates need to be responsible, able to work under pressure and unsupervised in remote areas for extended periods.
- Minimum of 3 contactable references
- Candidates must be prepared to live in a remote environment for extended period of time
