The University Is Looking For Qualified and Experienced Individuals for the Below Stated Position;

The position is based at BIUST Campus, Palapye.

The position is initially offered on a three year fixed contract.

Manager, Performance Management: REF: HR/06

Main purpose of the job

To manage and coordinate the university wide efforts to ensure that performance management system and programmes are developed and managed effectively using best practice standards and data driven focus. Also to assure that organization wide performance management initiatives are aligned and focused on focused on improving operational and programmes efficiencies and effectiveness.
Academic qualifications
A minimum of a recognized bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organization development, or a closely related field.

Experience

• At least six (7) years post qualification experience, three (3) of which should have been at a similar or equivalent level within a human resources function. And hands-on experience within the three years in coordination and/or management of an organization’s self performances management system and programme is desired.
