Responsibilities:
Being in charge of selling the various company services and offerings and ensure attentive follow-up. Respond to customer needs and know how to put the client first interface between the company and its customers.

The Jobholder will also develop on –going, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company.

• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Ability to work individually and as part of team
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Must poses a valid drivers license and or passport
• Experience with customer relationship management software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Qualifications and training:
• Form 5 IGCSE OR BGCSE
• Appropriate tertiary education-degree (or equivalent) ,Diploma of vocational studies in professional sales or diploma of college studies in business management marketing option
• Working knowledge of facilities management industry.
• God understanding of SLA’s
• Must have own transport.
