Administration Officer
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, you will facilitate the efficient operation of our organization. This includes overseeing the management and maintenance of the premises and facilities.
Your excellent communication skill set will be called upon to liaise with internal and external suppliers and customers. Utilizing your negotiation expertise you will procure quality supplies and services in a cost effective manner while building beneficial professional relationships with suppliers.
Working in our fast paced business environment, you will multi-task to ensure timely delivery on all assignments, and work closely with other tram members, demonstrating flexibility in response to changing organizational requirements.
Providing key support to the operations of the company you will show understanding and compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including health and safety issues.
This highly critical role requires you to have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Public Administration or Business Management coupled with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent writing and computer skills.
