Managing Director - Commercial Bank
Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to head their commercial banking operation in Botswana. To lead this dynamic team you will have a strong leadership track record in banking and the financial sector.
You are able to motivate and inspire to achieve profitable growth whist maintaining an reputation for customer service. Your experience in all key aspects of retail banking gives you the confidence needed to both help define the bank’s strategy as well as implement it. With appropriate bachelor degree qualification and at least 12 years experience in commercial banking you will have had specific experience in the areas of treasury risk and credit management. Additional post graduate courses will be advantageous.
You have significant experience and knowledge in the regulatory requirements including Basel 2 and a sound grasp of the critical role IT plays in achieving the Bank’s strategy.
