Job summary
The role of the broker consultant (HVBB) is to ensure income budgets for the high value brokers department are achieved through for new business, active selling of BLIL products, attending to exception reports and providing after sales services which shall include but not be limited to resolving of any new business queries, conducting presentations and resolving any other client queries.

• Recruitment & development of new entrant brokers
• Broker relationship management
• Production of periodic reports
• After sales service
• Prospecting of new business
Qualifications
This position requires a university degree with a specialization in business, marketing, or any insurance related qualification. A certificate of proficiency (COP) qualifications is mandatory for this role.
Background experience
Experience in sales and marketing, interpersonal skills and frontline skills is essential plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a financial environment. This individual must be able to work in a dynamic environment as a team member.
