Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Purpose:
1. To ensure the monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements in accordance with CAAB regulations and company requirements. To ensure quality and safety project management, management of technical expositions, procedures, quality auditing against regulatory requirements and company procedures
2. To assume the duties of the engineering and maintenance quality and safety manager in the event of the manager’s absence
Key performance areas
1. Airworthiness of aircraft
2. Availability of reliability data
3. Legal compliance
4. Reduction in operating costs
Requirements
Diploma in aeronautical engineering with aircraft maintenance engineer’s license for aircraft over 5 700kg is required. Possession of auditor training will be a distinct advantage.
At least 3 years experience as quality assurance specialist is required
