The directorate seeks the services of highly motivated, experienced and self driven citizens of Botswana to fill the following vacant positions.

Vacancy circular no. 4 of 2014
Vacancy: Assessment/Development Centre Administrator (AC/DC)
Main purpose of the job:
To provide logistical support for the public service assessment/development center
Bachelors’ degree in human resource management or public administration
Candidates must have completed at eight (8) years post qualification experience in a human resource management or public administration environment, two (2) of which must have been at the level of grade D3 in government, or equivalent level in parastatal or private sector organisations.
Key performance areas:
1. Provides AC/DC information to candidates, assessors and role players as required
2. Provides logistical support to the AC/DC, such as issuing invitations and AC/DC materials and drawing rosters for candidates, assessors and role players
3. Procures services and materials for AC/DC
4. Maintains up-to-date list of trained assessors and role players and maintains database for candidates
5. Prepares budget estimates for the center
6. Facilitates payment for services by customers
7. Performs any other duties as may be required

Salary scale: D2 (P210 180-P232 056 per annum)
Leave: 30 working days per annum
Benefits for all positions:
1. Optional contributory medical aid scheme (government pays 50% and employee 50%)
2. Optional contributory pension fund scheme (governance pays 15% and employee 5-10%)
