Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Support Services
Job purpose:
To coordinate and manage the delivery of internal corporate services to ensure that the authority has efficient and effective enabling services to achieve its mandate. This includes; human resource and human capital development to ensure the authority is staffed with appropriately qualified, experienced and motivated employees at all levels; management of LEA’s finance and adherence to best practice financial management and accounting standards; availability of ICT to support management decision making and the processing and management of data; cost effective utilization of facilities and other assets; availability of professional administration of legal service; control and management of LEA’s assets including facilities, vehicle and consumables.

Position requirements:
Post graduate degree/masters degree in any of the following; economics, business, finance, accounting, human resources or related area, preferably CA or equivalent
Seven (7) years post graduate experience at a senior managerial level responsible for finance, HR or shared services environment.
