Food & Beverage Operations Manager
• Responsible for all food & beverage related operations
• Developing relevant new experiences for our guests
• Taking financial responsibility for operating expenditures
• Enforcing efficient, accurate stock & operating equipment controls
• Plan & submit annual budget
• Developing food & beverage staff & help improving our sustainable business practices
• Assist general manager with tasks as given from time to time
• Stand in for general manager in his absence
50% medical aid pension for above mentioned vacancies
