Invitation to tender
Catering Service Providers are hereby invited to tender for:
HO-E74606: Provision of Catering Services for Debswana Corporate Centre
Tender documents may be obtained from Debswana company (Pty) Ltd, Debswana corporate centre, plot 64288, airport road, block 8, Gaborone, Botswana, during office hours from the 21st of October till 25th October 3013 upon production of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of P560.00 (inclusive of VAT) per tender document.

Site Visits
It is a pre-requisite for tenders that tenderer`s conduct a site visit and attend a site inspection meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the conditions under which the services are to be rendered. There will be no need for security clearance for the catering tender. Company representatives shall meet our Ms I Kitso at Debswana corporate centre foyer at 10.00hrs on the 29th October 2013.

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “HO-E74606: Provision of catering services for Debswana corporate centre”.
Tenders are to be delivered by hand to the above address before 12 noon on the 13th of November 2013. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Tenders received via telephone, telex, email or facsimile will also not be considered. Debswana reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender.
