Selling Parts Administration Clerk (Jwaneng)
• Reporting to the site senior salesperson the incumbent will be required to:
• Process customer invoices and payments
• Enter customer order into the system
• Maintain physical resources
• Use company and franchise standards and procedures for parts operations
• handle customers complaints
• Assist with stock management
• Technical parts knowledge
• Barloworld motor policies and procedures

• Concern for standards (printing and checking daily stock management reports. Taking care to ensure parts are accurately captured)

Minimum requirements
• BGCSE/0 level;
• Drivers license
• Proven track record in the automotive parts environment (sales, admin & warehousing) will be an added advantage
• Experience with auto line and SAP will be an added advantage
