The Botswana African Youth Games Organising Committee (BAYGOC) invites companies to tender for the Provision of Marketing and Public Relations Services in preparation for the delivery of the Gaborone 2014 2nd African Youth Games. The Games are scheduled to take place from 22-31 May 2014.
A non-refundable fee of One Thousand Pula (P1000.00) is payable in cash on collection of the Tender documents.
Tender documents may be purchased from the Botswana National Olympic Committee's (BNOC) offices: Gaborone International Finance Park, 1st Floor, Portion 121, Unit 2.1, Tel: +267 3918944, Fax: +267 3918907. Tenders may only be collected during working hours from: Monday-Friday: 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00. Tender Documents will be available from 26th July 2013. Sealed Tender submissions clearly labeled "AYG ADVERTISING AGENCY" should be submitted to: The ITC Secretary, BAYGOC Interim Tender Committee, BAYGOC Tender No. 01-07/2013, Private Bag 00180, Gaborone. Tender proposals shall not be received later than 10:30 on the 23rd August 2013. Tender proposals opening date is 23rd August 2013 at 14:30.
