Office Assistant

This role will assist with administration
Duties will include:
• Attending to customer needs and Queries
• Distributing documents
• General office management
• Telephone management and handling
• Liaising with stakeholders
• Petty cash control and reconciliation
• General office secretarial types duties

You will therefore need:
• A relevant high school, whilst a diploma with 1 to 2 years’ experience will be advantageous
• Computer knowledge (Ms office and the internet)and an aptitude for using advanced equipment
• The ability to speak, read and write in Setswana and English
• Good communication skills
• An honest demeanour and strong ethnical behavior
• To be based in palapye, with own accommodation and transport
• Botswana citizenship or valid Botswana work and residency permit. (ref: 11745)
