Tender offers are invited for the Provision of Office Stationery to Palapye Administrative Authority Councils Warehouse
Bidders who are domiciled in Botswana shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be appropriately licensed to trade in the items according to the laws of Botswana. Tenderers should be registered with PPADB. Submission of Economic Diversification Drive (E.D.D) Certificate will be an added advantage.
A non-refundable deposit of P200.00 payable in cash is required before collection of the Tender Documents. Payments should be made at Office No. B 41, Revenue Office, Rural Administrative Committee, Palapye from 07:30 to 12:45 and from 13:45 to 15:30.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is Palapye Rural Administrative Centre, Administration Division, Palapye, RAC Office No. B15. Documents may be collected during working days from 07:30 to 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 with effect from 22 April 2013. Bidders must submit one (1) original bid marked "Original" three (3) bid copies marked "Copy" in a plain sealed envelope securely sealed and clearly marked: Tender No. CDC/PAA/ADM/016/2013 - Supply and Delivery of Office Stationery to Palapye Administrative Authority Council's Warehouse" and addressed to: The Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Private Bag 72, Palapye'" and hand delivered to Office No. B01, RAC of LAPAD Secretary not later than 09:00 on 3 June 2013. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 3 June 2013. Opening of tender will be at 09:00 on 3 June 2013 on the same day in the RAC Conference Room. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile or emailed tender offers will not be accepted. The bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of this tender and Palapye Administrative Authority, hereinafter to as will under no circumstances be responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the tender process.
The Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all applicable Tender Data contained in Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Palapye Administrative Authority is not bound to accept the lowest of any tender offer.
