Tender offers are invited for the Provision of Security Services over a Period of 12 Months at Various Facilities owned by Ngwato Land Board
Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract have a valid security guard licence.
A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 payable in cash is required before collection of the Tender Documents. Payments should be made at Revenue Office No. 14MB, Ngwato Land Board.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Ngwato Land Board, Office No. 01MB, Serowe Main Mall, Serowe. A compulsory site meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place on: - Cluster A: Meeting place: Mahalapye Sub Land Board Office, Meeting date and time: 6 May 2013, 08:00, Places to be visited: Mahalapye, Shoshong, Serowe and Pale; - Cluster B: Meeting place: Letlhakane Sub Land Board Office, Meeting date and time: 7 May 2013, 08:00, Places to be visited: Letlhakane, Rakops, Nata, Tutume and Marapong; - Cluster C: Meeting place: Tonota Sub Land Board Office, Meeting date and time: 8 May 2013, 08:00, Places to be visited: Tonota, Mmadinare, Bobonong, Maunatlala, Sefhare and Palapye.
The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 17 May 2013 when opening will follow at 09:30 in the presence of bidders who wish to attention at their own expenses. Late, faxed emailed and telephonic tender offers will not be accepted.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Ngwato Land Board is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
