Tender offers are invited for Supply and Delivery of Motor Spare Parts for Bobirwa Sub-District Council
This tender is open to all motor spare parts dealers with dealership/franchise certificate.
A non-refundable tender fee of P500.00 must be paid to the Treasury Department, Revenue Office No. A01, Wing A, Ground Floor, Rural Administration Centre prior to collecting the Tender Documents. The receipt will be required during collection of the document.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Transport Department, Bobirwa Sub-District Council, CTU Workshop. Documents may be collected during working hours between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 on weekdays with effect from 8 April to 8 May 2013. Tenderers shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the original in one sealed envelope. The physical address for delivery of the Tender Documents is: Evaluation and Adjudication Secretary. Bobirwa Sub-District Council, Office No. A07, Wing A, Ground Floor, Rural Administration Centre. The document should be hand delivered and be labelled: -Tender No. BSDC/CTU/07/2013-2014 - A Supplies Contract for Supply and Delivery of Motor Spare Parts for Bobirwa Sub-District Council". The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 8 May 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile or post-mailed tender offers will not be considered (unconfirmed dates).
The Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2009 Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in this Tender Document. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Bobirwa Sub-District Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender offer nor incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.
