Tender offers are invited for the Provision of Human Security Services at Maun, Sehithwa, Nokaneng, Gumare, Shakawe and Seronga
The tender is reserved for citizens of Botswana or Companies wholly owned by citizens of Botswana.
Tenders can only be collected upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P300.00 payable in cash to Tawana Land Board. Revenue office. Tenderers who bought tender in December 2012 and January 2013 for provision of Human Security Service of reference TLB/SEC/04/2012/2013 are requested to collect a new tender free of charge and their documents from Tawana Land Board Revenue Office. Tenderers who bought tender in December 2012 and January 2013 for provision of Human Security Service of reference TLB/SEC/04/2012/2013 shall not conduct site visits. They should produce proof of previous tender.

Compulsory site visits shall be conducted with Human Security Services on the dates below: - 22nd April 2013 – 08:00 - Maun Main Land Board; - 22nd April 2013 – 10:00 - Sehithwa Sub Land Board; - 22nd April 2013 – 12:00 - Nokaneng Sub Land; - 22nd April 2013 – 14:00 - Gumare Sub Land Board; - 22nd April 2013 – 16:00 - Shakawe Sub Land Board; - 23rd April 2013 – 10:00 - Seronga Sub Land Board.
One (1) original and four (4) copies of tender responses in plain sealed envelopes marked: “Tender No. TLB/SEC/04/2012-2013 - Provision of Human Security Services to Tawana Land Board in Six Villages" shall be delivered to: The Board Secretary, Tawana Land Board, P. O. Box 134, Maun, Botswana. The original copy must be marked "original". The closing time for receipt of tender offers shall be 09:00 on Wednesday, 8 May, 2013 when tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend at 09:30. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telegraphic, telex, telephonic or emailed tenders will not be considered.
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Tawana Land Board is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer. The tenderer shall bear the costs for the preparation of the tender.
