Tender offers are invited for the Maintenance of Primary School Toilets in Mogobane and Otse
Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories: - Code: 01; - Sub-Code: 01; - Grade: OC.
Tender Documents will be available for collection from the Administration Officer's office (New Architecture and Buildings Services Office Block) as from 22 April 2013 upon presentation of receipt of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Pula only (P150.00) paid at the Revenue Office No. 118, 1st Floor, New RAC on weekdays from 07:30 to 15:30.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: South East District Council, Architecture and Buildings Services Department, Senior Administration Officer's office at the New Architecture and Buildings Services Office Block in Ramotswa. A compulsory clarification meeting and site visit for the above project shall take place at Mogobane and Otse on 2 May 2013 starting at 09:00. Bidders are to assemble at Otse Primary School in Otse.
Duly completed documents must be submitted in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked: "Tender No. SEDC/ AB/11/2013 - A Works Contract for the Maintenance of Primary School Toilets in Mogobane and Otse" and addressed to: The Council Secretary, South East District Council, Private Bag 002, Ramotswa. Tenderers are to submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of Volume 2 (shall be delivered to: The Evaluation and Adjudication Secretary's office (Porta Cabins), behind Treasury Administration), New RAC, Ramotswa into a Tender Box not later than 09:00 on 17 May 2013. The public tender opening shall commence thereafter in the Architecture and Buildings Services Conference Room immediately after closing time in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Seal the original and each copy of the tender offer as one package marking them as "Original" and "Copy". The overall package shall state on the outside the Procuring Department's address and identification details stated in the Tender Data, as well as the tenderer's name and contact address. Late, telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile or emailed tender offers will not be accepted
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, South East District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer nor incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.
