National Development Bank wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:
Executive Assistant
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
• To provide comprehensive and high level secretarial support to the CEO
• Drafting correspondences, producing reports and records management
• Board meeting preparation including board pack compilation
• Proactive diary and email management
• Receiving visitors on behalf of the CEO, including Board members
• Identifying areas where administration practices could be improved and proactively generate solutions to improve overall support services to the CEO, Executive Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Board Secretary.
• General effectiveness to office management of the Executive Office.
Qualifications
• High National Diploma in Secretarial Studies
• CIS at Board level and customer service accreditation are desirable.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Executive Assistant as Personal Assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• At least 3 years exposure working with Executive Management within a corporate environment preferably Banking/Financial institution.
• Board Secretariat experience will be an added advantage

• Effective organization and planning skills
• Customer orientation
• Relationship management skills
• Attentiveness to detail and high level of accuracy
• High degree of proficient in Microsoft office suite
