Tender offers are invited for the provision of Printing and Delivery of Performance and Local Government Audit Reports for the Office of the Auditor General (Services).
A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 in cash made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Office of the Auditor General, Farm Forest Hill No. 9, Lot No. 134, Millenium Park, Kgale Hill. Documents may be collected during working hours from 07:30 to 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 with effect from 4 March 2013. One (1) original Tender Document and eight (8) copies in one sealed envelope clearly marked: "Tender No. SP/MTC 302/2012-2013 - Printing and Delivery of Performance and Local Government Audit Reports for the Office of the Auditor General" shall be addressed to: The Auditor General, Office of the Auditor General, Gaborone. The original must be marked "Original" and copies marked "Copy". Tenders must be delivered to: Office of the Auditor General, Gaborone, Room No. D15, 3rd Floor, Farm Forest Hill No. 9, Lot No. 134, Millenium Park, Kgale Hill. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 18 April 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders wishing to attend on 18 April 2013 at 10:30 at Room No. D15, 3rd Floor, Farm Forest Hill No. 9, Lot No. 134, Millenium Park, Kgale Hill. Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile or emailed tenders will not be considered.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
