Key performance
We strongly believe in the walk about management philosophy and therefore we are looking for walkers who will be champions in:
*Unlocking new sales opportunities
*Responsible and accountable for driving sales volume
*Reporting and presenting weekly and monthly sales budgets to management
*Manage the after sales business
*Able to build, lead, train and groom own team
Requirements
This results orientated position requires excellent analytical skills, exceptional people management skills. Applicants must have 3yrs experience in the field of insurance sales with PROVEN sales figures. A driver’s license is a must.
Remuneration
An attractive performance based remuneration which includes overriding commission
