First National Bank of Botswana is looking to recruit individuals who are geared up to take on the challenge of the following position:
Senior Relationship Manager
The main purpose of the role is to manage the relationship with FNB Business/corporate banking customers, working closely with affiliate bodies in order to address customer needs and to be main link between customers and the FNB Business banking team.
Core duties and responsibilities include:
• Relationship management of FNB Business client
• Identify FNB Business client needs and deliver customized solutions while cross selling other FNB products
• Pro-actively drive targets for the FNB Business segment
• Network and develop relationships with product specialists and collaborate with partners within FNB
• Arrange networking sessions, seminars and other activities to build strong relationships with FNB business customers
• Assist and advise customers on various area e,g. account conduct, suitable bank products and lending decisions
• Contribute significantly towards the sales campaign activities in order to meet business targets
• Work accordingly to the Bank’s rules relating to controls and compliance
Qualification and experience required:
• Recognized University Degree or related professional qualification
• Institute of Bankers qualification will be an added advantage
• Relevant banking experience in corporate/business banking relationships
• Strong credit analysis of business applications are essential
