BA ISAGO University College is a growing duly registered private tertiary institution in Botswana which offers certificate, Diploma and Degree programmes. The University College is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following positions, tenable at its Campus in Gaborone, Francistown and Maun.
Business Communication Lectures (3 posts)
Applicants must be able to lecture in the following module at undergraduate level, Business Communication
Qualification: Degree in Business Communication, Masters in Business Communication or related field. A PhD will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least three teaching experience and presentation or training required.
Real Estate Management Lectures (3 posts)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level,
Property marketing, principles of valuation, property auctioneering, estate agency and property management.
Qualifications: A masters degree in Real Estate or its equivalent.
Real estate Property construction and Maintenance (1 post)
Applicants must be able to lectures in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level,
Building construction and services, property maintenance, project management, Geometrics
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or its equivalent. Masters in Civil engineering is an added advantage.
Lectures in Law (2 posts)
Applicants must be able to lectures in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level. property law, Commercial law, criminal law and advanced litigation.
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or its equivalent. Masters in Civil engineering is an added advantage.
Transport management and Logistics lecturer (1 post)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level.
Procurement and supply chain management, warehousing and inventory management, production and operations management, transport management, international logistics management, project management in Logistics, intelligent transport and Logistics systems
Qualification: Bachelor degree in transport and logistics and masters degree in transport and Logistics or its equivalent. A relevant doctorate degree will be a distinct advantage.
Actuarial Sciences (1 post)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level; actuarial mathematics, Actuarial statistics, survival models and stochastic processes.
Qualifications, Bachelors’ degree in Actuarial sciences and Masters Degree in Actuarial Sciences or its equivalent. A relevant doctorate degree will be a distinct advantage
Accounting (2posts)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level, general financial reporting, group financial reporting, distinctive financial reporting, auditing theory and practice and corporate governance in accountancy.
Qualification: A master’s degree or its equivalent.
Computer Skills (1 post)
Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three of the following modules at undergraduate level;
Computing and information skills, computer skills and introduction to computers
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science/IT and masters degree in computer science or its equivalent. A relevant doctorate degree will be a distinct advantage.
