Logistics and Facility Manager
A wine and spirits distribution company based in Gaborone requires the services of a logistics and facility manager.
Requirements for the successful candidate:
• Microsoft office
• Pastel
• General IT systems
• General stock programs
• Drivers license
• Fluent in English and excellent Communications skills
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years logistics and stock control experience.
• Importing and distribution industry ideal and fast consumer goods
• Handling staff effectively
• Must be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
-managing effectively a team of logistics and facility staff
• Evaluation and monitoring all staff activities and responsibilities.
• Managing the whole stock system from ordering to dispatch
• Weekly stock takes and reports on variances
• Administration regarding logistics, staff and facilities
• Manage all facility aspects like warehouse, gardens, offices, preparations, etc.
• Must be a team player and also can work totally independent.
• Reporting to the general manager.
