Team Engineers (PTY) LTD, a company producing mobile units (portable cabins);and prefabricated buildings throughout Botswana, requires the services of a professional to develop custom software and applications, manage database and administer our network, aged between 30 and 35.
Qualifications:
-BSC( Computer science) equivalent or higher
-Ubuntu certification.
Competencies:
-At least 7 years of practical experience in development and networking.
-Strong knowledge of symphony 2.x, PHP 5.5, Ubuntu server and debian versions 4 to 8.
-Experience with Samba, LDAP, Lptables, Bacula, and Squid and are a plus.
-Time and efficiency driven;
-Self-motivated/ pro-active and mandate seeking;
-Practical, systematic and accurate;
-Problem solving capability/ creative
-Willingness to go the extra mile;
-Responsible
-Flexible
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a tailored software system to run a complex organization, including development, process automation, server development and maintenance. Provide progress reports, research for problem solving and troubleshooting.
He/she would work closely with the management team and would be accountable to the board of directors.
Salary scale: P15, 000 per month
