A diamond cleaning centre (DCC) facility has been established at DTCB. The facility will include a diamond cleaning plant, equipment and diamond transport systems which will be supported by an integrated diamond inventory management system for efficiency in the transfer and tracking of goods.

Plant Manager - Diamond Cleaning Center (DCC)
Main purpose of the job
To manage operational planning and execution of all functions within the DCC by ensuring a smooth, efficient and safe running of the plant and effective management of resources.
Key performance areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:
Managing plant budget
Manage and monitor operational effectiveness of the plant
Initiate and coordinate business optimization projects
Ensure corporate governance and compliance
Manage safety, health& environment
Ensure proper maintenance of the plant and support plant operation
Ensure product security
Implementation and improvement of performance management
Position requirements:
Qualifications: degree in metallurgy/chemical engineering/ mineral processing
Experience: eight (8) years post graduate experience of which three93) years as a process engineer, plant manager or related field
