The following vacancy exists: Site Manager
The position will be based in Orapa-Botswana and the incumbent will report to the LCM manager
Job specification (not totally inclusive)
• Capture information into the joy global system
• Daily feedback of day to day activities on the site
• Forecasting on equipment and spares
• Compile/order expedite spares needed for maintenance/repair work
• Generate KPI feedback reports daily, weekly and monthly
• Mange and assist personnel reporting directly to you; and
• Be a team player with good communication skills
Minimum skills required
• Metric or related qualification
• Artisan with valid trade papers
• A minimum of N4 qualification
• A least 5 years experience in field service capacity or in a supervisory capacity
• Sound computer and database literacy (MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)
• Elevant joy global equipment experience and/or knowledge is essential
• High level of teaching and communication abilities (at all levels) is essential; and
• Must be willing to relocate

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and
• Must be able to work extended hours when required
