General Manager
Duties
• Highly organized and motivated individual, with exceptional planning and team leadership skills
• Management of all day-day running of a fast moving business
• Achieving demanding business objectives set by directors
• Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling company resources to maximize performance and delivery
• Recruiting and managing staff to carry out works.
• Coo-ordinating procurement ,operations , sales and the workshop
• Maintaining and enforcing organizational standards and profitability
Qualifications
• A Bachelors degree on commerce or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Project management experience and relevant qualification
• Sales and marketing experience focus with relevant background
• Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry with traceable references
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Ms projects is essential
