Position
Senior Manager - Human Capital and Organizational Transformation
Qualification
Honors’ Degree in Organizational Psychology/Equivalent
Work experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience working in a consulting firm, of which at least 5 years should have been in a management role.
- Significant experience in a top tier international consulting firm
- Significant experience leading/managing large projects of over 6 month’s duration and/or in excess of P4 Million.
- Specialist skills in organizational transformation demostratable through successful recent projects
- Experience in the architecture, development and management of Human capital and organizations transformation throughout Southern Africa.
